A great option on days when body fatigue is overwhelming, but your mind is racing. Systematically relax your body and train your mind to be more single pointed. You will walk away from this practice with a deep connection to yourself and your baby. This class is done entirely in savasana (or fetal pose) to practice resting in awareness.Prenatal Yoga 1 (23 minutes)
This class starts with shoulder opening and moves into hip stretches designed to alleviate sciatica. Perfect for all stages of pregnancy. Props needed: one block, one strap and one pillow or bolster.Prenatal Yoga 2 (28 minutes)
A prenatal flow to help you feel good through each trimester of pregnancy. Begin with pelvic floor awareness, hip flexor and hamstring stretches, and windmills for low back. End with a sweet Savasana for deep relaxation.
Props needed: one block and one pillow or bolster.
