Erika leads her retreats with such grace, passion and light. After our first morning yoga session I had an emotion of freedom and ease rush through me. Erika has a way of pulling you out of your mind and into your heart and body through her beautiful practice. She provides space for you to quiet your mind and just be. Being in Nosara off the beaten path allows you to slow down, enjoy the little things and to connect with the ones around you. When we were not under the open air pavilion practicing yoga, we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets, ocean swims, the local cuisine and culture of Nosara. I can’t wait for my next retreat with Erika!! ”

The Nomadic Hotel was the most gorgeous place to stay, tucked away in the jungle, it completely immersed you in the Costa Rican culture. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast and endless amounts of fresh coffee everyday was to die for. It was the perfect walking location to the beach and town.
Erika lead each day with grace, passion and gratitude. She showed up for us so we could show up for ourselves. The morning and afternoon practices were just what my body and soul needed. We connected deeper with our bodies, souls and our minds.
The days were very well spent between yoga, mediation, journaling, catching my first waves, watching the sun rises and sun sets and being surrounded by some really incredible people! It was the perfect balance for all the activities!
The dinners created by the private chef were absolutely incredible. I ate the best foods and meals on this trip that I think I ever had! I was excited to experience the Blue Zone diet before the trip and it exceeded my expectations beyond belief!
The retreat was a dream and I’m already itching to go back!!
